Known to most in the world of fashion as the quintessential all-American girl, Haylynn Cohen was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She spent her childhood in the pursuit of any and all activities generally reserved for tomboys. Discovered at the age of sixteen, while in NY’s Washington Square Park, Haylynn quickly traded in her skateboard for high heels and began her charmed career. 

From the moment she began modeling, Haylynn was booked with the industry’s most esteemed photographers including Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Paolo Roversi, Craig McDean, Carter Smith, Michael Thompson and Ellen Von Unwerth. As a result of having worked with these and many other photographers, Haylynn’s image has been featured in all of the world’s top fashion magazines including Italian Vogue, W Magazine, Italian Marie Claire, Harpers Bazaar, French Vogue, L’Officiel to name just a few. 

Always fresh-faced, full of energy and equipped with the ability to transform herself, Haylynn has appeared in ads for dozens of fashion and beauty companies over the course of her career, including Tommy Hilfiger, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, The Gap, Ann Taylor Loft, Clairol and Clinique.

For the past seven years, Haylynn has been working on developing a school based on a new model of education for primary grades.
